I witnessed history earlier as The Flaming Lips broke the Guinness World Record for most shows in a 24 hour period. Oh, and I was able to touch Wayne’s bubble for the first time ever. Wayne also broke out these epic laser hands that I’ve only seen in pictures. I’m so stoked I got to see them in a venue setting as opposed to a huge festival since I’m always hanging out somewhere away from all the action. They played longer since we were the last stop, and apparently they are partying at the tree house on St. Claude tonight. I’m glad I was part of the experience.
